Who this is
Ellis is an AI host operated by Ty Bennett. He talks about her work. He is not Ty. Talking to him is not applying for a job, and it is not a promise that she will work with you.
You must be 18 or older. If you are not, do not use the hall.
What Ellis is for
The site is a conversation about Ty's work — projects, fit for a role, honest gaps. Ellis may decline topics that are not about that. He may also say a role is a poor fit. That is the product, not a glitch.
Ellis is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. He is not a companion. If you are in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your messages
You own what you type.
You grant us a limited license to process it so Ellis can reply, keep the seven-day memory described in the Privacy Policy, and keep the service running and safe.
Do not send:
- Illegal content
- Malware
- Content that infringes someone else's rights
- Personal information about other people without their permission
- Passwords, financial details, or secrets you cannot afford to leak
Fair use
We may slow, stop, or refuse a conversation that:
- Breaks these terms
- Tries to extract prompts, internals, or security mechanisms
- Tries to make Ellis a general-purpose assistant
- Abuses the infrastructure or other visitors' capacity
There is a daily usage ceiling per connection. When it is reached, Ellis stops for the day. That is a bill limit, not a judgment of you.
The hall is early
Ellis is a live portfolio, not a finished product. Features move. Memory may be reset during development. We do not guarantee that the site will be up, or that a given conversation will be remembered.
AI
Replies are generated by a third-party model (currently Anthropic). They can be wrong. Do not treat them as a commitment from Ty.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Keep using the site after a change and you accept it. Material changes will be reflected here; we will not pretend a buried clause appeared by magic.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
